What is your definition of quality child care?

When I think of quality child care the top three most important factors are cleanliness, safety and familiar/friendly faces. First impressions are critical! I have visited many child care centers over the past few years and when walking in if the center is dirty or has a foul smell that is an instant turn off. Safety is as just as important. When a center has an unlocked door that anyone can walk into that raises a red flag. It leaves the possibility for unwanted visitors to access the center but also provides the opportunity for kiddos to exit unexpectedly. A secure and locked center is very important. Finally, friendly and familiar faces are truly an asset to a high quality center. It is to be expected that within the early childhood field the turn over rate is high. This can be attributed to many different reasons. Anything from just not being the right fit for the position, not performing to the standards set forth, relocation, and not finishing the required training necessary to stay employed within a childcare center. A quality center has friendly faces. These are passionate people that truly have a gift for working with kids.

Bestday care Children Center has taken into account these top three must haves. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our center. We go above and beyond to make sure that our center is clean and disinfected to maintain a healthy environment. Our center is completely secure. Our center can only be accessed with a code. From the inside out the door handle to open the door is out of the reach of children. Thus, making sure no kiddos can exit the building. Finally, our teachers and staff have the passion for working with children. They all enjoy spending their days with little minds helping them grow and develop in an engaging yet fun way. You will always be greeted with a friendly face and a smile at Bestday Care Center.
